A seasonal celebration was held at Michaelston Adult Centre and Ely and Caerau Children´s Centre, attended by members of the FAN group, ESOL learners and members of the local community.

Many of those attending from various countries of the world brought traditional dishes from their homeland to be enjoyed by old and young alike.  To mention just some of the countries, we tasted Iranian, Pakistani, Egyptian, Eritrean and Kurdish delicacies.

The children from the Centre helped to make and serve sweets and Welsh cakes.  To the delight of all guests, they formed a small choir and sang some seasonal songs and carols.
