Services

Before the children start in the day care, they will have an opportunity to visit and meet with some of the children and to get to know the staff who will be working with them. During this visit you are given an opportunity to discuss your needs and ask any questions that you may have, this visit is also a time to register your child.

Once registered and before your childs start date you will get the opportunity, if you choose to stay with your child and visit the day care on a number of occasions to get to know staff and routines better. This can be arranged through the day care staff by telephone.

We ask that children are collected by an adult who is known to us. If for any reason someone unknown to us is colecting your child on a particular day, we ask that you notify us either in writing or by phone. We ask all parents to provide us with a ´password´ in order to ensure that the arrangements are secure as possible.

We never allow children to leave with a stranger. If you are unavoidably delayed please phone. You will be charged for every 15 minutes if this occurs on a regular basis.

Please let us know by phone or in writing if your child is absent for whatever reason.
